Emiru’s Thoughts Of IRL Stream

Emiru’s Thoughts Of IRL Stream

‘Emiru,’ a Twitch streamer and cosplayer, has stated why she won’t be broadcasting IRL streams on her own channel anytime soon.

Emily ‘Emiru’ Schunk, 23, had a meteoric rise to Twitch celebrity late last year. Schunk’s viewership soared from 2,000 viewers per stream in October 2021 to well over six times that number. Due to her hilarious streams and jaw-dropping costuming talents, she currently has over 740,000 Twitch followers and has even signed with prominent streaming org One True King. However, as she mentioned in a recent cosplay broadcast, Twitch stardom has its drawbacks.

A fan asked Emiru during her show if she’d be interested in conducting any IRL streaming, which are broadcasts in which Twitch stars reveal their trips and daily life in the real world. Despite her enthusiasm in the concept of IRL streams, she is unlikely to conduct one anytime soon owing to her frightening experiences with stream shooters in the past.

She admitted; “I wish I could do IRL, but I’m too scared of stream snipers. I have an extreme fear of stream snipers because of the stuff that was happening at my house in Kansas. I’m gonna be honest, even before that arcade stream for my birthday and my announcement, I was having an anxiety attack,” she added. “I was like, ‘Oh my god, ‘oh my god!’ I was freaking out.”

After supposedly dealing with a stalking problem, Emiru moved in with fellow Twitch streamer and OTK member Mizkif. Fortunately, it appears like things are looking up for Emiru at the moment, with the star frequently cooperating with housemate Mizkif and the rest of the OTK group.

Unfortunately, her Twitch fame has made her the target of some… weird situations, as evidenced by her humorous stream going over her most “psychotic” unban requests.
