Dr Disrespect Blocked By Security

Popular internet personality and a youtuber Dr Disrespect recently attended an NBA playoff game and a clip of his has surfaced online as it shows that he was stopped by security from helping Cam Johnson stand up.

Herschel “Guy” Beahm IV aka Dr DisRespect, is known for his iconic costume featuring the red vest, black wig, sunglasses, and an incredibly thick moustache so it wasn’t that hard to see whenever he appears somewhere. Dr Disrespect is a known basketball enthusiast as he often makes appearances during important matches. Now, he was spotted at the PHX Arena to see game 5 of the Phoenix Suns vs Los Angeles Clippers Western Conference finals. Fans of Doc immediately spotted him, sharing their excitement via social media, as the streamer was seen alongside rapper Lil Wayne on the stands.

At one point, a Suns player, Cam Johnson, went down near the end of the court. While the crowd are cheering and applauding, Youtuber Dr Disrespect is seen moving to help up the fallen player. However, while he helped the former first-round pick to his feet just a bit, arena security stepped in between the two and got the Doc back in his seat. They pushed Dr Disrespect away from the Sun’s player, leaving gaming as well as basketball fans upset.

Doc had taken all the safety measures as he approached Cam. While he pulled down his face mask on a couple of occasions, he ensured he had it on while helping the player. Regardless, the security thought it was a bad idea to allow someone from the audience to come in contact with a player, even if it was Dr Disrespect himself.
