Death of Maurice ‘Fero’ Henriquez mourned

Successful Call of Duty player Maurice ‘Fero’ Henriquez died of numerous heart attacks at the very young age of 21.

In 2014, Fero joined Rejection eSports as a technical Call of Duty. After joining Team Kaliber in the 2017-2018 WW2 season, his talent was seen on the main stage. Fero made it work and battled vigorously in the Challengers series, and so he was picked up by the Florida Mutineers League team. While with the Mutineers, Fero won three CDL Home Series Tournaments – Dallas, Minnesota, and Paris – which tied the Mutineers to the Dallas Empire champions. During his time in the aggressive Call of Duty, Fero tended to be one of the greatest. While he faced drop throughout his career, he recovered quickly and managed to exceed expectations.

Fero’s death was confirmed on November 11th by his CDL squad, the Florida Mutineers. CDL clubs, football players and members of the Call of Duty community have taken Twitter to lament his death and honor his life.

Mutineers said in a devastating statement; “The Mutineers family sadly confirms today the sudden passing of Maurice ‘Fero’ Henriquez from multiple heart attacks. At his family’s request we report that his tragic death was not ruled a suicide”.
