DarksydePhil Banned… Again!

Streamer DarksydePhil has received his fourth ban on Amazon’s gaming platform Twitch due to a copyright issue while playing Crash4 beta. Fans of DarksydePhil were shocked upon learning of his ban. DarcksydePhil tweeted out about his situation giving details about the ban. He claimed that he has received a DCMA takedown due to his playing of Crash4 beta.

“I have just received a false DMCA takedown against my Crash 4 stream for ‘the Crash 4 beta’. Not even the same. I’m playing on the stream! The automated bullshit of @twitch @twitchsupport continues. I now have to issue a counter-notification and will stream on YT”.

After four hours of his ban on the platform, he claimed that he was unbanned from the platform. According to him, his ban was an error on the part of Twitch and so they quickly processed his ban to make it right.

“THE GOOD NEWS: My Twitch channel was literally JUST UNBANNED as they just processed my counter-DMCA claim. SO I WILL BE STREAMING TONIGHT! It will be Fire EMblem Three Houses ENDGAME at 6:45pm PDT! See you there and DON’T MISS IT!!!”.
