Corpse Husband And Ironmouse Speak About Clickbait Clip

Viewers who clip moments from their streams and take them out of context for views have been chastised by VTuber Ironmouse and popular faceless streamer Corpse Husband.

Clips can be a time-saver for fans who want to catch a great moment from a creator’s stream without having to watch the entire broadcast. Some clippers, on the other hand, grab these instances out of context and distort a streamer’s comments to attract viewers. On occasion, this can put creators in dangerous positions. Ironmouse and Corpse Husband have now expressed their dissatisfaction with the situation, claiming that they “can’t say anything anymore” for fear of being targeted by clickbait clip channels.

On June 4th, Corpse and Ironmouse were streaming together and criticized clippers who steal moments from their streams. He joked that Ironmouse was “talking like clipping channels” after she asserted that she considers everything Corpse says as “serious fact.” The remark started a discussion between the two, in which they expressed their dissatisfaction with “fast” clippers who produce “weird stuff” from their content.

However, it’s not simply excerpts from live streams that might appear on the internet without warning. Clippers also remove content from their social media profiles, according to the duo. As a result, they believe they are not allowed to talk. For example, after releasing his new single “life saver,” Corpse revealed that he posted comments about the song on his alternate Twitter account, which were subsequently grabbed by a clipper. His statements were then turned into a health ‘update.’

Corpse claimed; “I made a voice note that was up for maybe 30 minutes on my alt Twitter just talking about the song. They named it on YouTube ‘Corpse updates about his health problems.’ It has a hospital in the background and they put a caption saying ‘it’s getting worse’ […] How is this allowed?”

Clips do assist viewers stay up to date on their favorite streamer’s activities. Ironmouse and Corpse Husband, on the other hand, are reluctant to speak out in case their comments are altered to attract unsuspecting viewers.
