For The Third Time CodeMiko Banned From Twitch

Twitch streamer Codemiko is a popular Vtuber or virtual streamer who uses a digital avatar, editing, and even in some cases, a motion capture suit, to replace themselves on-screen and take on a different persona. She has risen into popularity as she quickly gained traction on the platform with a massive following to her twitch channel.

Codemiko had previously been banned from twitch, twice back in September 2020. Now, she’s received another ban from the platform. On January 19th, the official twitter account of StreamerBans who tracks all the different bans whether its temporary or permanent bans on twitch tweeted out that Twitch streamer Codemiko had been suspended by twitch again. It was her third ban on twitch after only a few months. Sometimes, a streamer who’s been banned on twitch for three times leads to permanent ban. However. it seems like she’ll probably be back at some point in the near future.

The reason and the length of her ban is still unclear but some of her fans speculated that it was because she used the word Simp which was recently banned by twitch. Regardless, codemiko is the only one who knows the reason behind it unless she reveals it herself and the only thing she’s posted regarding the ban was the ‘sadge’ meme.
