CodeMiko, a popular VTuber, introduced her new style with her 3.0 avatar, and it’s safe to say that Twitch viewers are impressed.

While VTubers aren’t exactly a new phenomena, they’ve been on the increase in the streaming scene in recent months, taking over both Twitch and YouTube. These VTubers rarely display their true faces, and they sometimes even hide their genuine voices by impersonating an animated character. Some of them are simple 2D models, but there are plenty of others that push the technology’s limits. 

CodeMiko is one such VTuber who has become a huge star on Twitch. Her avatar has previously gone through two revisions, but her new 3.0 look has already blown some Twitch viewers. During her March 20 show, the streamer presented her new look, which is a lot more realistic than the previous design, since it includes new hair physics and a brand-new costume. To emphasize how much of an improvement the 3.0 avatar is, CodeMiko compared it to the 2.0 avatar, and fans instantly flooded her chat with praise and congratulations for the new design.

Other videos of the transformations have also gone viral on social media, with one garnering over 120,000 views in less than a day as viewers speculated on where the avatar might go next.

It’s evident that CodeMiko has once again upped the standard for VTubers, and it’ll be interesting to watch whether anyone comes close to dethroning her anytime soon.
