CDNThe3rd Receives Temporary Ban

Popular YouTuber and Twitch Streamer Ceaser Noriega AKA CDNThe3rd recently received a suspension from the streaming platform Twitch for commentating the pay-per-view fight of Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul.

CDNThe3rd went live on Twitch last June 7th to host a watch party for the anticipated fight between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul. He knew that it is illegal to broadcast a PPV to his viewers and audiences. That’s why, to prevent any sort of negative impact, he decided to narrate it and showed no footage or audio from the said fight.

The stream of him consisted of people listening and watching him watch the said fight. Unfortunately, doing such a thing still led to his ban from Twitch. He and many of his fans are wondering why he received a temporary ban knowing that he is just commentating over the fight with no video or audio.

Rumors spread that the ban came from the Paul brothers themselves and not from the Twitch staff and even though he didn’t show audio and video, it still violates copyright.

The said ban lasted for 3 days and to date, Twitch is still not commenting on the incident.
