Cat Patches Goes Viral

Popular youtube minecraft streamer Dream’s cat went viral on twitter recently after he made a new Twitter account specifically dedicated to his furry friend, a cat in which he named Patches.

Dream became one of the most popular youtube personalities and just like other ‘faceless’ youtube personalities on Youtube like Corpse husband, Dream has also garnered a massive following on his youtube channel and managed to build a loyal fanbase. He is best known for his humorous Minecraft broadcasts and collaborative videos with other gaming YouTubers.

He is not a stranger to becoming trending across twitter as he often gets his name trending on social media over matters big and small because of his huge fanbase. However, this time, he once again took over twitter but it is not due to a controversy or a new subscriber milestone as it was because Dream created a new Twitter account specifically for his pet cat, named Patches

Dream named the account dreamsecretclub and as of now, it currently contains only a few posts with photos of Patches but it already boasts more than 116,000 followers. Dream has set the account to ‘private,’ meaning that only its followers can access photos of Patches that haven’t already circulated the net from those willing to repost them. However, it didn’t stop his followers and fans from fawning over his adorable cat.

Some fans have been reposting some of the pictures of Dream’s cat stating that the photos of Patches dropped by Dream out of nowhere makes their day. Some even made fan-art in honor of Patches and it was surely impressive. This latest instance just further proves that the internet is definitely cat-crazy and leaves fans wondering if the YouTuber will feature more Patches in any of his upcoming broadcasts.
