Cat Breeding Mill Exposed

Amazon’s gaming platform Twitch has the right to ban streamers who have violated their rules. Reasons for a ban are not always clear cut. The best example of this was what happened to one of the most popular streamers, DrDisRespect, who was banned from the platform for unknown reasons. Recently, a Twitch streamer named Alisha12287 was temporarily removed from the platform.

She is known for playing and streaming games such as Runescape, Minecraft, and Counterstrike: Global Offensive. She was banned from the platform for 14 days. According to her, Twitch hasn’t given her a reason for her ban stating simply that it was for harassment. She suspects that the cause of her ban was her calling out during her stream on Twitch what she believed was a cat breeding mill.

After that stream, she received a notification from Twitch saying that she had been banned from the platform. She said that from a business perspective she can understand why Twitch’s response, after they were contacted by a lawyer, was quick to ban her. She knew, when making the statement about the company in the first place, that she could potentially face backlash but she didn’t allow this to stop her from talking about something that she thinks is important.
