Asmongold Accuses Twitch of Creating “Anti-Woman Sentiment”

Twitch streamer Asmongold shared his insights regarding the popular hot tub streamer Indiefoxx after getting banned from the platform for the fourth time. On april 7th, it was announced that the popular Just Chatting streamer Indiefoxx was banned from the platform. Indiefoxx posted a screenshot of the email she received from Twitch on social media and it was revealed that she was banned for “selling or attempting to sell Twitch features or services such as follows, subscriptions, hosts, etc.”

It created news all over social media. Asmongold saw this news and went on to address it during his own live broadcast. He commented that it’s unfair and that other streamers would be more severely punished if they broke the rules as much as she does. He first jokingly stated; “If that happened to Forsen, Twitch would not only ban Forsen, they would find a way to send him to the moon in real life! They would ban him from Earth.” Twitch streamer Forsen was banned from the platform back at the end of 2020. The reason behind his ban was because he accidentally showed an inappropriate gif during his live stream.

Asmongold added; “Let’s be honest, why is it that this person gets multiple three-day suspensions over and over and over? But other people get permanently banned? Especially when it’s for the same exact stuff!” Asmongold then accused Twitch of creating a toxic environment for female streamers with their double standards. He snapped; “I think everyone should be treated fairly. I think everyone knows that if anybody else had received four bans in that period of time they’d be off the platform in a second!”
