Anniversary Of Viral “OK Boomer” TikTok

Nicole Sanchez most commonly known online as Neekolul recently celebrated her viral TikTok video as she remade the video and posted it on her twitter. Neekolul is an American Twitch streamer and TikTok personality and in March 2020, her popularity online rose when she uploaded a TikTok featuring her lip syncing to the song “Oki Doki Boomer” while wearing a Bernie 2020 crop top.

Ever since that first post which took the internet by storm, it’s fair to say that Neeko’s life has completely spun on its head. Because of this, she has managed to go on full time streaming and become a partnered twitch streamer. She also became a member of one of the top esports organizations 100 thieves. The original ‘OK Boomer’ tiktok video continues to be what she is predominantly known for.

Then on March 2nd, she recreated the tiktok video, celebrating its anniversary and this time with the hashtag #AOC2024 latched on to support New York politician and occasional Twitch streamer Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez. She also wishes a happy anniversary to OK Boomer Girl before thanking everyone for “changing her life.” Many of her friends have responded to her recreated video including her fellow 100Thieves member Froste who was incredibly supportive of Neeko as he retweeted the video and called it “the sequel we needed, but not the sequel we deserve.”
