Alinity’s Side Of Twitch Cat Scandal

Twitch streamer Natalia Mogollon most commonly known online as Alinity recently appeared on one of Twitch streamer CodeMiko’s live broadcasts stating, ‘I deserve the hate’. Back in 2019, Alinity received a lot of hate and backlash after clips of her seemingly abusing her cat went viral on social media platforms. In some clips, she was seen to be throwing her cat over her shoulder when the cat was blocking her sight during an Apex Legends game and another incident was when during her stream, she fed her cat vodka.

That incident quickly spread to the twitch community and eventually led to animal protection services conducting an investigation. Despite the investigation determining that Alinity had “no malicious intent”, the incident remains relevant up to this day. Recently, Twitch streamer Codemiko invited Alinity to a stream interview but she received backlash after that. Now, during the stream, the two twitch streamers talk about the backlash they were getting and according to Alinity, CodeMiko shouldn’t feel bad about people getting mad for inviting her on.

Alinity stated; “This is how I see it, if all that you know about me is the clips and the things that have been on LSF, I don’t blame you for hating me,” but then codemiko responds stating; “Here’s the thing, I know that you’re a nice girl, because I’ve seen more sides of you. And those clips have happened such a long time ago! If we’re real, it’s been awhile and you don’t deserve all that hate.” Alinity further added that while she’s sure there are people who hate her because they care about cats, she takes really good care of them, despite the fact that she’s mildly allergic to them and even had to have surgery in order to keep them.
