xQc Offers His Opinion About Ninja

Popular Twitch streamer xQc recently raised doubts on fellow streamer Ninja’s surprise hiatus announcement, asserting that the Fortnite player was merely pretending.

On September 1st, Ninja attracted attention from viewers all across Twitch when the streamer abruptly ended his game, made an impromptu hiatus announcement, and entirely revamped his Twitter profile. Although many viewers have started to doubt the veracity of Ninja’s on-stream breakdown, it was initially assumed that his outburst was just a gamer suddenly reevaluating his streaming career after rage-quitting Fortnite. Since his abrupt departure, viewers have speculated that Ninja may be executing a PR stunt to draw attention to a potential platform change in the future. Both during the broadcast and in the ominous tweet that followed, the 31-year-old streamer made a notable reference of the fact that he is unsure of “where” his next stream will take place.

Additionally, immediately after Ninja’s show concluded, Twitch departnered him, indicating that he might no longer be under contract with the site.

The most popular streamer on Twitch, XQc, was inclined to concur with this idea. As xQc was watching the final seconds of Ninja’s stream, he commented, “I think he’s acting too. This feels so weird to me. That was weird.”

The French-Canadian streamer continued, saying that he found it hard to believe that Ninja had abruptly decided to end his broadcast after three hours. Though xQc remained silent regarding whether he thinks Ninja’s conceivable deceit was meant to hint at a hypothetical platform switch to YouTube or any other platform, that rapidly turned out to be the general consensus in his chat. Although it’s unclear what what prompted Ninja to abruptly quit Twitch, xQc thinks it wasn’t just a Fortnite match.
