Wildcat Says He Hasn’t Enjoyed Fortnite Since Season 8

“Fortnite hasn’t been fun since the “box fighting” Meta became a thing. Basically since Season 8. Just a realization I came to today on stream after asking myself why I still play the game. No rewards, no memes, no fun box fighting.”,Tyler Wine, aka I AM WILDCAT, tweeted.

Tyler Wine has spent a lot of time on Call of Duty Warfare instead of playing Fortnite explaining that Fortnite wasn’t as enjoyable ever since the release of season 8. He didn’t like the “box fighting” Meta. However, Avery Lopriore aka Avxry replied to wildcat’s twitter post saying that he hadn’t minded Chapter 2 until the most recent update. Wildcat, responded; “It hasn’t been the same since Season 8 for me. Game is officially dead in my eyes. I’ll check out new updates here and there but I’m over it”.

Fortnite: Battle Royale season 8 is similar to previous seasons of the online shooter. The game’s map and gameplay have changed in a big way. Season 8 brings us a giant volcano, a new body of water with the Lazy Lagoon, pirate camps, volcano vents and more. First thing to know about season 8 is that there are new locations on the map that are mostly in the northeast quadrant.
