What does Ninja Prefer?

Fortnite player Tyler Ninja Blevins is one of the most famous streamers who plays a variety of games on streaming platforms. He streams on both YouTube and the Twitch platform for gaming. Ninja has over 24M subscribers on YouTube and 16.1M followers on Twitch.

In one of his videos, he said that he prefers streaming on Twitch rather than YouTube and he also said that Twitch is better for platform gaming.

Even though he has many subscribers on YouTube, he still chose his first gaming platform because back then Twitch helped gain his success when he signed a multi-year deal with the Amazon-owned Twitch.

He wants to maintain his identity as a gaming streamer rather than just a ‘YouTuber’.

Ninja said that when you’re on Twitch, you can better contribute to the gaming scene, but when you’re a YouTuber it focuses on the drama.

“When someone says ‘you’re my favorite YouTuber,’ almost no one ever means your streams on YouTube. They think of your YouTube videos”.

He also discussed streaming on Facebook Gaming. The Fortnite streamer reportedly turned down a massive offer from Facebook Gaming. He said; “Competition is good for everything and everyone. I think Facebook is actually doing a great job”.
