Valkyrae Shares Hospital Experience

Rachell Hofstetter aka Valkyrae recently canceled her stream which caused her fans to be worried about her. Then now during one of her recent live broadcasts, she went on to share her experience about her hospital ordeal. On June 22nd, Valkyrae posted a tweet announcing to her fans that she would have to cancel her scheduled stream as she was making a trip to the hospital.

She explained that it was an “appendicitis scare” but could be something else. Because of this twitter post, several fans and fellow streamers of Valkyrae have immediately rushed to support her as they were worried about Valkyrae’s health. Then after a few hours, Valkyrae provided an update in another twitter post explaining that she was feeling less pain but that she needed to return to the hospital the next day. Supporters, fellow streamers, and friends keep their fingers crossed, hoping the source of the pain is gone soon.

Now, Valkyrae recently returned to youtube streaming on June 23rd and she has shared her “traumatizing” hospital experience that caused her to cancel the stream. Valkyrae shares that she felt the pain when she woke up early in the morning. She said that she could hardly move and that the pain lasted for over 10 minutes. So, one of her 100 Thieves colleagues took her to hospital and she was there for six hours from 6AM to 12PM. Eventually, when the doctors checked her over, they said that they ruled out appendicitis because the pain was going away and she didn’t have any symptoms. After the “traumatizing” experience, her results came back showing that everything was normal, prompting her to miss her return appointment the day later.

Valkyrae exclaimed at the end; “I’m not going! I don’t have severe pain anymore, so this is the part where it feels like it’s a money grab at this point. They gave me a pamphlet of my results and I went over them, for every single page, everything is normal.” Valkyrae’s fans were clearly glad to see and hear that their favorite streamer is is safe and sound, and very much back to her old self.
