Valkyrae Has Skin Problems

Rachel ‘Valkyrae,’ the ‘Queen of YouTube,’ addressed up about the acne and skin concerns she has been dealing with for quite some time during her most recent livestream. 

According to the streamer, her skin behind the makeup is currently in a poor state, which makes her feel insecure about her appearance. 

Female content creators and streamers are frequently subjected to harsh criticism and trolling because of their physical attractiveness. Valkyrae’s decision to reveal her bare skin on her livestream, without any filters or makeup, is particularly bold in such a male-dominated field. Valkyrae elaborates on her insecurities over her acne-prone skin, stating: “I’m really insecure about it.”

Rae candidly discussed her acne troubles with her fans in her May 27, 2022 broadcast. The YouTube streamer highlighted her insecurity over her breakouts by pulling out a photo of her bare skin, which was riddled with acne and texture. According to the streamer, her skin is highly sensitive, and with daily streams and shoots, her skin has suffered greatly as a result of the repeated application of cosmetics on her face. 

Rae elaborates on her fears and skin problems, saying: “I’m sick, I’m sick of doing my hair. Also I wanted to show you guys my skin. I know it looks like I’m flawless but let me show you what I’ve been dealing with and I’m honestly really insecure about it. My skin under my make up is so bad. Let me show you.” Rae proceeded, pulling up a photo of herself without makeup then added; “Look at my skin. And then I keep putting makeup on to stream and to do shoots and stuff and then it, and then I, and then it’s an endless cycle putting makeup on acne suc**. It doesn’t hurt, it’s just like acne that just doesn’t, you can’t pop so yeah just dealing with it.”
