Valkyrae Defends Disguised Toast

Youtube streamer and new co-owner of 100 Thieves Rachell Hofstetter better known by her online alias Valkyrae has reacted to the recent Disguised Toast drama where some are calling out to cancel the streamer because of his past comments. Earlier in May, a twitter user that goes by the username Hope has addressed Disguised Toast problematic comments over the years. It has become a huge thread that includes a couple of videos of the streamer.

Toast replied to the accusations and posted a lengthy explanation and apologized for the mistakes that he made. Because of the drama, several streamers have defended Disguised Toast and vouched for him and Youtube streamer Valkyrae is one of them. Valkyrae is known to be friends with Disguised toast and many more fellow streamers and she has been very vocal about the issue. During one of her live broadcasts, she spoke about the whole drama as she stepped forward and spoke about Toast.

While she agreed partly to the accusations as she calls Disguised toast humor sometimes distasteful, but Valkyrae went on to clarify that Toast in reality is not a disgusting person as most people are perceiving him currently. She also admitted to being emotional after Toast said kind words about her and his other friends for providing him support after the incident. She stated; “When he was talking about me and his friends and stuff, I was bawling my eyes out. What he said about me was so nice and it made me realize that I do tend to care too much more than I can speak”.
