Twitch Partners With Move Forward

Twitch and Move Forward Music announced their partnership for creating a dedicated channel for all. The plan is to bring live performances to the platform. Move Forward Music is a New York-based live event promoter.

Alex Damashek, founder of Move Forward Music stated; “We’ve always been about building community around emerging soul and hip-hop culture, and giving voice to progressive artists. While nothing can replace the experience of an in-person concert, we see an opportunity with Twitch to help artists and fans discover each other in 2020, and once we can finally start packing folks into clubs again, we will be able to offer a richer, more in depth concert experience with behind-the-scenes footage, interactive artist Q&A’s, podcasts, and more”.

Move forward music will be hosting on the platform a two-day live event that will be happening on October 17 and October 18. They will feature some of their famous artists such as UMI, Guapdad 4000, Kari Faux, Kenny Mason and more. They will also be featuring some contents and new series called The board room. The board room is a series which takes place in the recording studio and has two producers to discuss each work.
