The Digitalprincxss Returns

TikTok star, Twitch streamer, and adult entertainer Marrissa Cloutier AKA “Digitalprincxss” was arrested and charged with “Neglect of a Child Without Great Bodily Harm” in late August after neighbors allegedly saw her 5-year-old son outside in their yard alone and crying at night. Individuals on social media obtained a copy of the police report and circulated it online, prompting Digitalprincxss to release a now-deleted video in response. Digitalprincxss set her social media channels to private and left TikTok after receiving a lot of backlashes, with her last video being uploaded on August 19.

The State Attorney’s Office of the 20th Judicial Court decided not to file felony charges against Digitalprincxss “due to insufficient evidence,” according to News-Press. This allegedly happened on October 4th, but Digitalprincxss is only now returning to TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms with a video that has already sparked a lot of debate.

According to the police report detailing Digitalprincxss’ arrest, she claimed she only left her son home alone for a short time so she could go to a nearby 7-Eleven and buy laundry detergent. Digitalprincxss then admitted to going to a friend’s house 11 miles away, according to the police report.

The response to the video has been overwhelmingly negative, with people on TikTok and Twitter expressing their displeasure with how Digitalprincxss chose to make her comeback. However, the TikTok return video has over 80,000 likes as of this writing, so it appears that others aren’t bothered by it.

It will be interesting to see how she handles her return to other platforms; her Twitch streaming schedule indicates that she was hosting Just Chatting streams and playing horror game Layers of Fear this week, but it’s possible that the schedule is outdated.

This isn’t the first time Digitalprincxss has run into legal issues. Digitalprincxss used to go by the name Pokeprincxss, but Nintendo allegedly threatened her with legal action if she didn’t change her online identity.
