Sykkuno Offers Thoughts About Boxing

Sykkuno, a streaming phenomenon, says it would be “cool” to host his own boxing event, but he has reservations about who he would fight after fans recommended he fight his friend Disguised Toast.

Influencers and internet celebrities entering the ring is nothing new; after all, it’s been an internet craze for a few years. However, in recent months, the whole affair has gone up a notch. 

YouTubers vs. TikTokers, Showstar’s UK vs. USA, and iDubbbz’s Creator Clash have reignited interest in influencer boxing, and a number of creators have expressed interest in participating in a future event. Surprisingly, Sykkuno is included in this. The streaming sensation, who recently switched from Twitch to YouTube, thinks it would be “cool” to enter the ring, but he isn’t sold on the idea of fighting his good friend Disguised Toast.

Sykkuno, like many others, watched iDubbbz’s Creator Clash on May 14th and expressed his thoughts when he relaunched his stream the next day. The streamer congratulated the fighters for participating, and one fan immediately requested that he battle Disguised Toast at an OfflineTV-hosted event.

Sykkuno replied; “Sykk vs Toast? Here is the problem guys, here’s what I’m thinking. I think it’d be cool, I feel like it’d be spicier to go against your friends but at the same time, do you really want to be in a situation where you either beat up your friend or you get beaten up? If I did it, hopefully, it would be someone I don’t know that well.”

Others suggested that Sykkuno should battle his other friends, like Valkyrae, but he countered that a fight between himself and Toast would be at least equal.
