Ninja Request To Epic

Twitch star Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins has advocated for Epic Games to remove Fortnite’s most “elo inflating” weapon from the popular battle royale.

Ninja has returned to the battle royale that helped him rise to renown since Epic Games made the game-changing decision to remove building from Fortnite with the Zero Build mode. Blevins has witnessed a big increase in Twitch viewership since reigniting his love for the game. Despite his recent admiration for Epic’s management of Fortnite, he still has a few suggestions for the firm, notably the removal of one irritating weapon.

On May 13th, the 30-year-old streamer came face to face with the Drum Shotgun’s might. He was enraged at how powerful the shotgun is after being killed by it in a matter of seconds with full shields.

The streamer called out; “I hate the Drum Shotty so much! It requires no skill, get it out of the game, please! I don’t enjoy it. I don’t enjoy dying to or using that gun. I use it so that I can win. It’s a broken-ass gun that needs to be removed because it’s an elo-inflator, dude.”

The Drum Shotgun has quickly become one of the most desired weapons in Fortnite due to its ability to melt opponents faster than any other weapon. Ninja concluded his rage-fueled rant; “A five-year-old with a fricken’ controller just jetpacks and locks on with whatever weapons he’s using, and it’s probably the combat SMG or the Drum.”

Blevins went straight from requesting a nerf to demanding the Drum Shotgun be removed outright.
