Nadeshot Surprised Small Streamer

Given their standing within esports, Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag and the 100 Thieves rabble have gained quite a cutthroat reputation in recent weeks, especially in the VALORANT scene. However, as evidenced by a recent act of kindness, this is not a reflection on the co-founder.

After the VCT Masters 3 team, which was made up of CS:GO veterans, fell apart, 100 Thieves’ VALORANT lineup has been known for its roster changes. With the departures of Joshua “Steel” Nissan and Spencer “Hiko” Martin, the prestigious organization has been able to chop and shift players at will, having already acquired (and released) some of the most fascinating players in the game. Despite openly praising his team’s moves, declaring that he “wants to win more than I can breathe,” Nadeshot has recently displayed his softer side on a stream. Nadeshot brought a smaller streamer to tears with a gift on his 18th birthday while playing VALORANT solo.

Nadeshot met a young fellow streamer named “CallumSn1pes,” who recognized Nadeshot in his game while grinding his way to becoming the oldest VALORANT collegiate-level professional ever.

The small streamer then requested an 18th birthday gift from Nadeshot, simply asking if he could be cheeky and request a shout-out to Nadeshot’s larger fan following. Instead, Nadeshot went above and beyond to give back to the community, donating 50 Gifted Subscribers to the streamer, the equivalent of around $250 and the ability to retain an audience in the future. “Happy Birthday, brother,” Nadeshot remarked through the in-game chat as the streamer sobbed.

The 18-year-old added as the subscriptions rolled in; “Hold on a second. This man just gifted 50! Nadeshot, I f**king love you, man. I’m gonna f**king cry.”

Nadeshot was clearly moved by the reaction and decided to hit him with the “combo wombo,” dropping another 100 Gifted Subs on the emotional birthday boy, breaking him.

CallumSn1pes exclaimed, “Nadeshot… Shut the f**k up, this must be fake. I’m dreaming,”

The donations total around $750, which means Callum will be able to keep these new viewers engaged with engaging content, maybe launching his career as a streamer.
