Fortnite Pro Clix Opens Up About Mental Health

Cody Conrod, aka Clix, has been swatted for the third time. Clix, is a Twitch streamer and YouTuber with over 1.8 million followers and over 1.1 million subscribers on YouTube. He plays for the NRG Fortnite team. Being swatted means that someone is pulling a prank on you, calling the authorities with false accusations such as telling them that some fake crime is happening in a certain place or in particularly a house.

The first time that Cody was swatted was back in October 2019. Cody and his team were doing a live broadcast of Fortnite Tournament when he suddenly realized that their house was full of authorities. He stopped playing for over 10 minutes and when he returned, he appeared to be scared and shaken from the incident. However, his team managed to win the game.

The second time he was swatted was earlier this year. It was also during his live broadcast when he suddenly announced that he’d been swatted and he had to go. He returned frustrated about the incident and stated that he doesn’t get the point behind it because he’s only 15 and it wasn’t a nice experience for him.

The third time happened on July 25 and it was off-stream. He posted on Twitter about the incident and received many responses. Some fans say that he should have reported it to the police and that the police should ignore the calls connected to his house. Either way, swatting is a crime and it can cause trauma to the victim, including 15 year old Clix.
