The FNPPA is similar to the Counter-Strike Professional Players’ Association. It is an independent professional organization that will advocate a collective players’ perspective towards the future of competitive Fortnite and with the goal of increasing membership.

The FPPA stated that their 16 board members consists of the most renowned professional players on the scene including the reigning Fortnite World Cup solo champion Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf.
