Asmongold Returning After Short Break

After a short hiatus, Asmongold has revealed that he will be returning to Twitch and reveals changes are coming in the future.

On August 31st, popular world of warcraft streamer Asmongold announced that he would be taking a short break from twitch due to personal reasons. He also asks his fans and viewers to not speculate on the reason for his decision.

While the exact reason behind the time off was unknown, fans of the streamer probably saw it coming. Asmongold has talked about quitting streaming for some time now, and he has admitted that streaming hasn’t been fun recently. This break also came shortly after controversial comments he made about the recent #ADayOffTwitch movement.

Now, after a week of his break, Asmongold took to twitter to announce that he will be ending his break and will be returning to streaming on twitch very soon. According to Asmongold, he plans to start broadcasting on Saturday, September 11th.

In addition to announcing a date for his return, he gave fans a glimpse of his future schedule. He plans to play Final Fantasy 14: Stormblood along with having his first P.O. box stream over the weekend. Furthermore, he noted that there are changes planned for the future, and he emphasized that it is “good stuff not bad.”

Hopefully, the time off has been beneficial for the streamer. It’s very common for Twitch streamers to feel burnt out, and many more are starting to open up about the toll that it can take.
